I'll start by saying that this is a BEAUTIFUL boot. Exactly what I was hoping for looks-wise. As for the shoe itself, the heel is listed as 3", and it definitely feels that tall - usually a 3" heeled boot to me doesn't 'feel' as much like wearing a heel, but this one does. I will need to be a little more careful how I walk to save my ankles (one of which is weak from a very bad sprain several years ago). They're also a little noisy - the chain rattles with each step, but I suppose that's to be expected. Next, let's talk fit. I'd definitely say this runs a bit small. I'm typically between a 6.5-7 and got the 7, and these fit more like a 6.5. My left foot is slightly larger than my right, and it is just about as snug as it gets without pinching my toes. I also have narrow feet to begin with. So if you have a wider foot, size up. If you're between sizes like me, get the bigger one - you can always wear an extra sock if needed. They're also not super thick-calf friendly. I have decently muscular calves, and these fit against my leg at the top of the boot, no wiggle room. If I was any bulkier, it might press uncomfortably. All that to say, they're beautiful, but consider the above factors and buy with caution. If you have wider feet, big calves, or weak ankles, these might not be for you. If you can deal with the couple of small issues the quirks might create, they're definitely worth the buy.

The boot looked really nice on the site, but in person I did not like it

OSBORN-WINE WESTERN BOOT

So cute, so chic, i love them. I wish the chain was a stronger metal, this one feels a little too delicate. But, they're perfect for making a statement.
