Azalea Wang does not cover taxes, duty, or fees on international shipments which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country therefore we cannot predict what they will be. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from azaleawang.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. Shipping charges that are delayed due to inclement weather are not refundable.
