RETURN POLICY

Returns:

For domestic customers: we gladly accept returns of UNWORN merchandise within 30 days of delivery except sale items, which are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged. Returns will be refunded to the original method of payment. You may obtain a return authorization HERE.

PLEASE NOTE: All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. All international orders are also final sale.

Simply follow these steps:

1. Head to our ONLINE RETURNS PORTAL enter your order number (it's the 4 digit order # on your packing list) & zip code of the address you shipped to.

3. Select the item(s) for return and complete the reasons, if opting for an exchange, simply select your new item(s), Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags and liners attached. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package. Returns of multiple orders should not be combined and will result in processing delays. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

4. Once complete, a return label will be generated for you to use. You can print this out immediately or access via your email to print at a later time. If you choose to use your own shipping methods, we are not responsible for lost items in transit.

5. Attach the returns label to your parcel and drop off at any UPS location (store or drop box),

6. Once your return has been received by our warehouse, your request will be processed within 48 business hours with a shipping/handling fee of $10 USD to be deducted from the total refund amount.

For Alaska, Hawaii, US territories customers: we offer returns but the shipping cost will need to be customers' responsibilities. Please head HERE to start the return. Once goods are received in our warehouse, and meet our return policy, then we will process the return.

NOTE: We offer store credit and order re-ships for packages that are lost or missing with proof of delivery.

Exchanges:

We want to make sure you get the item you love in the right size! Head HERE for exchanges! 

Once your package is in-transit, we will ship out your new size. 

Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.
AZALEA WANG merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.
Domestic returns for refund will be subject to a $10 handling/shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund. 

Refunds:

If you purchase an item and it gets marked down afterward, we are unable to refund the difference in price.
