The customer service aspect is sorely lacking. I placed an order on Saturday and realized it was the wrong size (yes my fault as it changed upon checkout and I didn’t look). Immediately emailed and got an automated response saying it had been 3 days (had not). Then I got a message day 3 after order saying they couldn’t change out the size in processing so I have to wait until the wrong one comes, return, then wait on shipping of the new shoe which is absurd in my opinion. Now I won’t need it. Cute shoe but I won’t be able to give a review on it due to unwillingness to help.
