DOMESTIC RETURNS (US)

We are happy to accept returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging, tags, liners, and labels. Items that do not meet these guidelines may be refused. Please note that all items in our Sale collection are Final Sale and cannot be returned. Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.

  • Refund Fees: A $10 USD shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your total refund to the original form of payment. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Free Store Credit/Exchanges: If you choose store credit or an exchange, the $10 return fee is completely waived.

  • Processing Time: Once received at our warehouse, please allow up to 14 business days for processing.

  • Shipping Guidelines: We accept one return label per returned order, and you may not combine multiple orders into one shipment. Non-Azalea Wang items sent to our facility will be discarded.

  • Alaska, Hawaii, & US Territories: Returns are accepted, but return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Visit azalea-wang.loopreturns.com to generate your prepaid return label. If you choose to use your own shipping carrier instead, you are responsible for tracking, insurance, and all out-of-pocket costs.

EXCHANGES

We want to make sure you get the item you love in the right size so we are happy to offer exchanges for qualifying items.  

Once your package is in-transit, we will ship out your new size. Please allow 48-72 hours for processing time 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Returns are accepted on full-price merchandise shipped back within 14 days of delivery. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method in your local currency once received at our warehouse. 

Once your return has been initiated, you will receive our return address and can mail the package using the carrier of your choice. Prepaid return labels are not provided for international orders.

  • For customers outside the European Union: AW is not responsible for costs associated with shipping, customs fees, duties, taxes, or other import-related charges. For specific information regarding customs policies and fees, please contact your local customs office.

  • EU Customers: If you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery, we will refund the purchase price and standard outbound delivery costs. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and duties/taxes are non-refundable unless required by law.
